1. During the English beta
While the English version is in beta, the full report may be offered for free. If nothing was charged, there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid reports
- A full report costs about $0.99 and is charged in Korean won (₩1,350) through Toss Payments, our payment provider in Korea. Your card statement shows the final amount in your currency, set by your card issuer.
- The report is digital content delivered instantly. Once it has been delivered, refunds are not available for a change of mind. You agree to this with a checkbox before paying.
- If the report fails to generate, is cut off, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund.
3. Exchange rates on refunds
- Refunds are returned in the same Korean won amount that was charged.
- Same-day refunds are processed as a cancellation and usually show up faster.
- Refunds from the next day onward are processed after settlement, so the amount in your currency may differ slightly from what you paid because of exchange-rate changes and your card issuer's fees. Night Library cannot control this difference.
- Most cards show the refund within 3–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@glowroutine.app with your order number (shown after payment, starting with "dream_") and a short note or screenshot. We reply within 3 business days (Korea time).
